This one was special. Client wanted a place where their family could disconnect from Toronto's chaos without sacrificing modern comforts. We nestled it into the landscape so organically that you'd swear it grew there. Floor-to-ceiling glass on the lakeside, locally-sourced timber, and a green roof that's basically become a wildflower garden.
King West Office Tower
Eight stories of adaptive reuse that turned a 1920s warehouse into premium office space. Kept the brick bones, added contemporary glass insertions. It's got character now.

Forest Hill Renovation
Gutted a 1950s ranch that was stuck in a time warp. Opened up the floor plan, brought in natural light, kept the good bones. Client's kids actually hang out in the living room now instead of hiding in their rooms.

Old Toronto Bank Conversion
1912 bank branch turned into a restaurant and event space. Original vault's now a private dining room - probably the coolest wine cellar in the city. Heritage committee loved what we did here.
